基于晶闸管的配电变压器有载分相调压系统设计 被引量:8

摘要 为解决由配电变压器不对称运行所引起的低压侧电压偏移的问题,提出了一种基于晶闸管的配电变压器有载分相调压系统设计方案。该系统应用无触点开关晶闸管作为有载分接开关,根据监测到的低压侧各相电压的波动,控制高压侧分接头的切换,在有载的情况下自动调节配电变压器各相输出电压。应用MATLAB搭建仿真模型,针对三相负荷不平衡的情况进行分相调压的仿真分析,结果验证了方案的可行性。研制了系统样机,并对样机进行了现场模拟测试。结果与现有的调压机构相比,所设计系统可以均衡配电网三相电压且过渡波形质量高。 Unbalanced operation of distribution transformer may cause voltage deviation on its low-voltage side.To solve this problem,an on-load split-phase voltage regulation system via thyristor was designed for distribution transformer. In this design,thyristor,a contactless switch,was used as on-load tap-changer. The tap-changer on the high-voltage side can be switched according to voltage fluctuation of each phase monitored on the low-voltage side. The output voltage of each phase can be automatically adjusted under load conditions. The software MATLAB was employed to establish a model for simulating the split-phase voltage regulation in unbalanced condition of three-phase loads,and the results verified the feasibility of the regulation scheme. A prototype of the system was developed and tested,and the results show that the designed system can balance three-phase voltage of distribution network with better transition waveform compared with the existing voltage regulation mechanism.
