E-cadherin和Snail在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与术后生化复发的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】 探讨钙黏蛋白E(E-cadherin)和转录因子Snail在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。【方法】 回顾性分析本院收治的54例行前列腺癌根治手术治疗的前列腺癌患者的临床资料(前列腺癌组)和48例良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料(对照组),采用免疫组织化学方法检测组织标本中E-cadherin和Snail蛋白的表达情况,Kaplan-Meier法分析前列腺癌患者生化复发时间与E-cadherin和Snail蛋白的表达情况的相关性。【结果】 前列腺癌组E-cadherin阳性表达率为37.04%(20/54),明显低于对照组的83.33%(40/48),前列腺癌组Snail阳性表达率为62.96%(34/54),明显高于对照组的22.92(11/48),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结是否转移及远处是否转移者E-cadherin、Snail阳性表达情况存在差异(P<0.05)。前列腺癌组织E-cadherin表达与Snail表达呈负相关(r=-0.762,P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier分析显示,E-cadherin阳性表达者无生化复发率明显高于E-cadherin阴性表达者(P<0.05), Snail阴性表达者无生化复发率明显高于Snail阳性表达者(P<0.05)。【结论】 前列腺癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白低表达, Snail蛋白高表达,其表达水平与前列腺癌的发生、发展及预后存在相关性。 【Objective】 To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and transcription factor Snail in prostate cancer and its clinical significance. 【Methods】 From January 2005 to December 2006, 54 cases of prostate cancer (prostate cancer group) were collected, and 48 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasias (benign prostatic hyperplasia group) were also collected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and Snail protein. The relationship between biochemical recurrence time and expression of E-cadherin and Snail protein in prostate cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. 【Results】 The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in prostate cancer group (37.04%,20/54) was significantly lower than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia group (83.33%,40/48,P<0.05), while the positive expression rate of Snail in prostate cancer group (62.96%,34/54) was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia group (22.92%,11/48) (P<0.05). The expression of E-cadherin and Snail in prostate cancer tissues was associated with TNM stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of E-cadherin in prostate cancer tissues was negatively correlated with Snail expression (rs=-0.762,P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that biochemical recurrence-free survival in the E-cadherin positive group was significantly higher than that in the E-cadherin negative group (P<0.05), and biochemical recurrence-free survival in the Snail negative group was significantly higher than that in the Snail positive group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The expression of E-cadherin protein is low, while the expression of Snail protein is high in prostate cancer tissues. The expression levels of E-cadherin and Snail are related to occurrence, development and prognosis of prostate cancer.
