3D打印技术应用于复杂髋臼骨折临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】 探讨3D打印技术应用于复杂髋臼骨折的临床疗效。【方法】 选取2016年1月至2017年12月在本院治疗的复杂髋臼骨折患者80例,根据治疗方案分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=42),观察组给予3D打印技术辅助治疗,对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察两组手术情况、骨折复位和髋关节功能恢复情况等。【结果】 观察组术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度和术中透视次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);术后解剖复位优良率和髋关节功能优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周、1个月VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】 3D打印技术辅助治疗复杂髋臼骨折有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广使用。 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical analysis of 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex acetabular fractures. 【Methods】 Eighty patients with complex acetabular fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=38) and the control group (n=42) according to the final selected treatment, the observation group was given 3D printing assistant treatment, while the control group was given conventional surgery, the operation conditions, fracture reduction and hip joint function and so on of the two groups were observed. 【Results】 The amount of bleeding, operation time, incision length and intraoperative fluoroscopy in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05);The fracture reduction and hip joint function of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 week and 1 month after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 3D printing technology has a good clinical effect in the treatment of complex acetabular fractures, and is worthy of clinical application.
