多元化营养健康教育对食管癌根治术出院患者知信行水平及营养状况的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Diversified Nutritional Health Education on Nutritional Knowledge,Belief and Practice and Nutrition Status of Patients with Esophageal Cancer Surgery

摘要 【目的】 探讨多元化营养健康教育对食管癌根治术出院患者营养知信行水平及营养状况的影响。【方法】 选择2016年7月至2017年10月于本院进行食管癌根治术的出院患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予包括健康教育、饮食干预、随访指导等在内的常规延续性护理干预;观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用多元化营养健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组患者营养知信行水平、血清营养学指标、不良反应等指标。【结果】 观察组患者营养知识、营养态度、营养行为评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TRF)含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);反流性食管炎等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】 多元化营养健康教育有助于提高食管癌根治术后出院患者营养知信行水平,改善营养状况,减少不良反应的发生。 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of diversified health education on nutritional knowledge, belief and practice (KBP) and evaluate nutritional status of discharged patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery. 【Methods】 Eighty-four patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery from July 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled. The prospective study was used and the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 42 patients in each group. The control group received routine continuous nursing interventions including health education, dietary intervention and follow-up guidance, while the treatment group was combined the application of diversified nutrition health education in addition to those interventions of the control group. After 6 months of follow-up, the indicators of nutritional KBP level, serum nutrition indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The nutritional KBP, nutritional attitude and nutritional behavior scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=4.747, 9.293, 3.467,respectively, P<0.05, P<0.01). Serum albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA) and transferrin (TRF) levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=4.940, 3.848, 2.476, respectively, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as reflux esophagitisin the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ^2=5.486, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Diversified nutritional health education can improve the KBP level of discharged patients after radical resection of esophageal cancer, promote the nutritional status and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
