摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种慢性气道炎症疾病,常常合并其他系统的疾病。贫血是COPD常见的合并症之一,对患者的预后、生活质量、经济负担以及医疗资源的利用有一定影响,因此认识贫血对患者症状的影响、了解其发生机制、正确选择治疗方案及对患者预后的预测非常重要。本文就目前关于贫血对COPD患者的影响、发病机制及其治疗相关研究作一综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic airway inflammatory disease, which is often associated with diseases of other systems.Anemia is one of the common complications of COPD and has an impact on the prognosis of patients, the quality of life, the economic burden, and the utilization of medical resource.Therefore, it is very important to understand the influence of anemia on patients′ symptoms, to understand its mechanism, choose appropriate treatment and predict the prognosis.In this review, we summarized the findings in this field, focusing mainly on the influence of anemia in patients with COPD, the pathogenesis and treatments.
