高职教育校企合作供给侧结构性改革的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Supply-side Structural Reform of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education

从供给侧角度分析高职教育当前校企合作存在结构性的问题,主要是企业对学生能力的需求、学生个性发展的需求与高职院校教育内容供给脱节,其原因在于缺乏有效的制度供给、未建立新型的合作关系和校企文化融合不够深入。为此,需要积极改革不适应的制度结构,建立互为供需与融通创新的校企合作关系,促进校园文化和企业文化的互融与对接。

From the perspective of human resources supply side, this paper analyzes the structural problems existing in the current schoolenterprise cooperation of higher vocational education, such as the enterprise’s demand for students’ ability and the student’s demand for personality development are disjointed with teaching content of higher vocational schools, which is due to the lack of effective system supply, the undeveloped new cooperative relationship and the lack of depth in school-enterprise culture integration. Thus, it is necessary to actively reform the inappropriate institutional structure, establish the reciprocal and innovative school-enterprise cooperation partnership, and promoted the mutual integration and connection between school and enterprise cultures.
