摘要
高等职业院校的内涵发展决定着高等职业教育的发展高度,教师发展在建设优质高职院校发展中起着至关重要的作用,教育部及各省在优质校建设当中对教师提出了突出六种能力、完善继续教育、着重双师发展、建设领军人才等方面的要求。在分析当前教师发展的现实状况的基础上,积极借鉴现有教师发展的理论,从优质校建设中对教师发展的新要求出发,从四个方面思考教师发展的新路径。
Connotation development of higher vocational colleges determines the height of development of higher vocational education, teacher development plays an important part in the construction of high quality of higher vocational colleges. The Ministry of Education and the Provinces raise series of requirements in the construction of quality schools, which are highlighting six kind of abilities, improving the development of continuing education, focusing on development of dual-qualification teachers and establishing the leading personnel. On the basis of analyzing the reality of the current state of teacher development, it is necessary to actively learn from the existing theory of teacher’s development and the new requirements for teachers’ development in the construction of high quality schools, thinking about the new path of teacher development from four aspects, to think about the new paths for teacher development from four aspects.
