以世界技能大赛推动职业院校专业教学改革的路径探析——基于世界技能大赛技术文件的分析

Analysis of the Ways of Promoting Reform of Professional Teaching by the WorldSkills Competition——Based on the Analysis of Technical Documents of WorldSkills Competition

专业教学是职业院校提高技术技能人才培养质量的关键环节。然而,当前我国职业院校的专业教学还存在着专业教学标准规范性不足、专业教学项目内容固化、专业教学评价指标体系不健全、专业教学基础设施薄弱等问题,无法有效满足"中国制造2025"等国家重大战略需求。为此,职业院校应充分参考世界技能大赛技术文件,以世界技能标准规范为依据,优化专业教学标准;以世界技能大赛竞赛项目为载体,改革专业教学项目内容;以世界技能大赛评分方式为借鉴,精细化专业教学考核标准;参考世界技能大赛基础设施列表,提升实训基地建设水平。

Professional teaching is the key to improve the quality of training of technical talents in vocational colleges. However, at present, there are still some major problems such as the lack of professional teaching standards, the content of professional teaching project is solidifying, the lack of evaluation index system of professional teaching and the teaching infrastructure is weak,which can’t effectively meet the "Manufacturing 2025 Strategy in China" and other major national strategic needs. Vocational colleges should fully refer the technical documents of Worldskills competition, making the WorldSkills Standard Specification as the basis, to optimize the professional teaching standards. Make the project of Worldskills competition as the carrier, to reform content of professional teaching project. Take the Worldskills evaluation method for reference, to fine the evaluation standards of professional teaching. Refer the Worldskills Competition infrastructure to enhance the level of infrastructure.
