摘要
从企业参与职业教育人才培养的事实出发,通过内容分析法获得相关数据,集中分析企业自身属性对其参与职业教育人才培养的影响,结果显示,企业的行业类型、所有制形式、实际规模、发展阶段影响其参与职业教育人才培养的广度和深度。为调动企业参与职业教育人才培养的积极性,应结合企业自身属性在权利赋予、动力激发、增强能力、院校拉动以及机制保障等方面不断完善,进而形成企业参与职业教育人才培养的有效机制。
From the fact that enterprise participates in the training of vocational talents, this paper collected related data by using the content-analyzing method, concentrated on the influence exerted by enterprise’s attribute on its participation in vocational talents training, the result shows that the enterprise’s profession type, the ownership form, the actual scale and the development stage are all affecting factors that influence the participation breath and depth. In order to arouse the enterprise’s enthusiasm in the participation of vocational talents training, it is necessary to empower the enterprise, stimulate the inner power, strengthen the ability, lead the colleges and guarantee the mechanism etc, and then form an effective mechanism for enterprise to participate in the training of vocational talents.
