摘要 社区教育作为一种教育形态,在我国经历了从中小学德育辅助体系到成为终身教育体系一部分的变化。这种变化被称之为从德育范式走向文化范式。在社区教育发展范式变迁过程中,其价值追求、教育对象、教育重心等方面均发生了改变,成为一个涉及到多主体、多元内容的教育类型。随着社区教育发展范式的变迁,未来的社区教育发展应该更加关注社区建设变革、承担更多的文化职能以及需要创新其管理模方式,如此社区教育才能获得持久的发展力。 Community education, as a form of education, has undergone a change from a secondary education system of primary and secondary school moral education to a part of a lifelong education system. This change is called from the moral education paradigm to the cultural paradigm. In the process of the development of community education development paradigm, its value pursuit, educational objectives and educational focus have all changed, becoming a type of education that involves multiple subjects and diverse content. With the changes in the way of community education development, the development of community education in the future should pay more attention to changes in community construction, undertake more cultural functions, and need to innovate its management model, so that community education can achieve sustained development.
