摘要
上海市职业院校以理念更新、制度创新、方法变革为基本策略探索构建教学质量评估体系。体系的构建以落实共商目标、重在过程、突出改进为核心理念,建立多元主体、多方参与的组织架构,研制聚焦要素、重在过程的指标体系,设计"三位一体"、突出改进的评估框架,开发并使用资源整合、便捷高效的网上评估系统。通过实践运用,提升了职业院校教学质量和内部管理水平,为教育行政部门决策提供参考,为区域职业教育水平整体提升提供质量保障。
Shanghai Vocational Schools explore the construction of the teaching quality evaluation system with the basic strategies of idea renewal, system innovation and method reform. The construction of system regards implementing discussed goals, focusing on process and highlighting the improvement as the core idea, establishes an organizational structure in which multiple stakeholders participate, develops an index system focusing on key elements and process, designs an evaluation framework featured by"trinity"and highlighting improvement, as well as explores and applies a resource integrated, convenient and efficient online evaluation system. Through the practice, Shanghai has improved the teaching quality and the internal management level for vocational schools, provided a reference to the educational administration departments, and provide the quality assurance for overall improvement of regional vocational education level.
