摘要
钛及钛合金具有高比强度、优良的耐蚀性、良好的高温性能,在航空航天、军事工业和民用工业中占据越来越重要的位置。但是,钛及钛合金耐磨性能差等缺点限制了它的进一步应用。介绍了电镀、阳极氧化、微弧氧化和激光熔覆这四种表面改性的方法,并分析了其对钛合金膜层性能的影响。
Titanium and titanium alloys have high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good high temperature performance, which plays an increasing important role in aerospace, military industry and civil industry. However,the defects of titanium and titanium alloys have limited its further application. The four surface modification methods of electroplating, anodic oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and laser deposition were introduced, and its effects on the properties of titanium alloy film were studied.
