摘要
以E690高强钢为研究对象,结合实验获得的裂纹扩展速率曲线与寿命S-N曲线,研究这两种腐蚀疲劳性能模型之间的内在联系,量化并建立两者之间转换的关系模型,实现将裂纹扩展速率曲线转换为对应的S-N曲线。结果表明,所提的方法能较好地实现材料裂纹扩展速率曲线与寿命S-N曲线之间的转换,具有很好的可行性和通用性,有助于优化E690高强钢腐蚀疲劳寿命预测与损伤定量评估体系。
Taking E690 high strength steel as research object, combining with the crack propagation rate curve and life S-N curve obtained by test, the internal relation between the two models of corrosion fatigue performance was studied. The transformation relationship model was quantified and then the transformation of the crack propagation rate curve into the corresponding S-N curve was realized. The results show that the proposed method can better realize the transformation between the propagation rate curve of the material crack and the life S-N curve, which has good feasibility and generality. It is helpful to optimize the corrosion fatigue life prediction and damage assessment system of E690 high strength steel.
