摘要
采用双金属复合铸造技术将2A14/A390制备成复合铸坯,然后对其进行不同温度和不同时间固溶热处理,分析了双金属复合铸坯金相组织,研究了不同固溶温度与不同固溶时间对双金属复合材料界面硬度分布及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:铸坯的最佳固溶温度为520℃,最佳固溶时间为4 h,该固溶温度和时间为双金属复合铸造裂解连杆的最佳热处理工艺参数。
The 2A14/A390 billet was prepared by bimetallic composite casting technology. Then the solution heat treatment was carried out at different temperatures and at different times. The metallographic structure of bimetallic composite billet was analyzed. The effects of different solution temperature and time on the hardness distribution and tensile properties of bimetallic composites were studied. The results show that, the optimum solution temperature of the billet is 520 ℃ and the best solution time is 4 h. The solution temperature and time are the best heat treatment process parameters of bimetallic composite casting pyrolysis connecting rod.
