摘要
研究了ZK60镁合金固溶后时效工艺对微观组织和力学性能的影响,以寻求最佳的时效处理工艺参数。通过硬度试验、力学性能试验、X-衍射分析(XRD)等,对铸态、时效处理的ZK60镁合金的性能以及合金相的种类、形态、数量、分布进行了系统的研究。探讨了固溶后时效处理工艺对合金性能的影响。试验结果表明:固溶后最佳的时效处理工艺为180℃保温12 h。
In order to find the best aging treatment process parameters, the effects of solid solution and aging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60 magnesium alloy were studied. The properties, category, morphology,amount and distribution of alloy phases of the as cast and aged ZK60 magnesium alloy were systematically investigated by hardness test, mechanical property test and X-diffraction analysis(XRD). The effect of solid solution and aging treatment on the properties of the alloy was discussed. The experimental results show that the best aging treatment process after solid solution is 180 ℃ for 12 h.
