Effects of early rehabilitation intervention on postoperative neurological and motor functions in patients with spinal cord injury

摘要 目的 观察早期康复干预对脊髓损伤患者术后神经功能及运动功能的影响。方法 选取我院收治的脊髓损伤患者132例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规干预措施,实验组在对照组条件上采用早期康复干预。比较两组患者神经功能恢复、运动功能恢复、术后卧床时长、基本自理时长、住院时长、并发症发生。结果 实验组神经功能恢复情况[(99.7±12.3)分]优于对照组[(85.4±13.1)分,t=16.113,P<0.05];实验组运动功能恢复情况[(80.5±10.1)分]优于对照组[(65.6±10.4)分,t=14.134,P<0.05];实验组术后卧床时长、基本自理时长、住院时长[(15.1±2.3)、(31.2±1.3)、(31.8±6.8) d]均短于对照组[(20.2±3.1)、(37.1±2.4)、(36.3±5.8) d, t=14.389,P<0.05];实验组并发症发生率(4.5%)小于对照组(13.6%, χ2=6.256,P<0.05)。结论 脊髓损伤患者术后神经功能及运动功能的恢复过程中,早期康复干预的疗效较满意。 Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation intervention on postoperative neurological and motor functions of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods a total of 132 patients with spinal cord injury treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Routine intervention was used in the control group and early rehabilitation intervention was used in the study group. Neurologic function recovery, motor function recovery, postoperative bed length, basic self-care length, length of hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of neurological function in the study group (99.7±12.3) was better than that in the control group (85.4±13.1, t=16.113, P<0.05). The motor function recovery of the study group (80.5±10.1) was better than that of the control group (65.6±10.4, t=14.134, P<0.05). The duration of bed rest, basic self-care and hospitalization in the study group [(15.1±2.3), (31.2±1.3), (31.8±6.8) d] was shorter than that in the control group [(20.2±3.1), (37.1±2.4), (36.3±5.8) d, t=14.389, P<0.05]. The incidence of complications in the study group (4.5%) was lower than that in the control group (13.6%, χ2=6.256, P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention is effective in the recovery of neurological and motor function in patients with spinal cord injury, and it is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinic.
