基于快速成型技术制造复杂金属件的研究综述 被引量:10

摘要 复杂金属件的制造一直是技术难题,用传统的加工方法无法完全保证形状和性能。快速成型技术的出现,很好地解决了这一问题,使零件的制造不再受到形状的限制,而且还能减少成本。本文介绍了2种激光直接制造技术和2种快速铸造技术,分析了这几种技术的特点、应用和发展现状,阐述了激光直接制造金属零件和快速铸造所拥有的独特优势。 The manufacture of complex metal parts is always a technical problem, and traditional machining method can not completely guarantee the shape and performance of the parts. The emergence of rapid prototyping technology has solved this problem well, which makes the manufacture of parts no longer limited by the shape, but also can reduce the cost. Two kinds of laser direct manufacturing technology and two kinds of rapid casting technology were introduced. The characteristics,application and development of these technologies were analyzed. The unique advantages of laser direct manufacturing metal parts and rapid casting were described.
