摘要
在相同成分下采用四组不同废钢加入量的铁液浇注了四组不同截面尺寸的试块,对试块进行了解剖,研究了铸铁材料缩松、缩孔与废钢加入量的关系。结果发现,随着废钢加入量增加,试块中产生缩孔的倾向减小。废钢加入量大于60%时,□150 mm截面试样的顶面产生轻微缩陷;截面尺寸小于□150 mm时,试块顶面不产生缩陷。废钢加入量小于40%时,□100 mm截面试样顶面产生较明显缩陷;截面尺寸小于□100 mm时,试块顶面不产生缩陷。
Under the same composition, four groups of test pieces with different cross section sizes were poured by using four groups of molten iron with different amount of scrap steel. The specimens were dissected. The relationship between shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity and scrap steel addition of cast iron was studied. The results show that the shrinkage cavity tendency decreases with the increase of scrap steel addition. When the amount of the scrap steel is more than 60%, the top surface of □150 mm cross section specimen shrinks slightly, when the cross section size is less than □150 mm, the top surface of the specimen does not shrink. When the amount of scrap steel is less than 40%, the top surface of □100 mm cross section specimen obviously shrinks, when the section size is less than □100 mm, the top surface of the specimen does not shrink.
