摘要
为了提高铸钢件质量,利用ProCAST软件对支架铸件进行了浇注过程仿真,分析了铸件浇注系统结构和冒口尺寸大小及位置,并分析了铸件的充型、凝固和缩孔缩松分布状况。通过改进工艺调整了缺陷部位。结果表明:铸件完全充满,缺陷均控制在铸件的浇注系统及冒口处,支架表面没有缺陷。
In order to improve the quality of steel castings, pouring process of the bracket castings was simulated by using ProCAST software. The structure of gating system,the size and position of the risers were analyzed. The distribution of mold filling, solidification and shrinkage porosity of the castings were analyzed. The defects position was moved by improving the process. The results show that the casting is completely filled, the defects are all controlled in the gating system and the risers,and there is no defect on the surface of the bracket.
