摘要
分析了某连接铜块锻件结构,确定了工艺路线,设计了热挤压模具和冷整形模具。制定了加热工艺,研究了毛坯热挤压和锻件尺寸精整工艺,以期为其它异形件的精密挤压成形提供新的方法。
The structure of a connecting copper block forging was analyzed. The process route was determined. The hot extrusion die and cold finishing die were designed. The heating process was established, and the hot extrusion of the blank and dimension finishing process of forgings were studied. It provides a new method for precision extrusion of other special-shaped parts.
