摘要
SUS304/Al1050/SUS430(简称S/A/S)复合板在拉深中经常出现起皱。它不同于单层板,S/A/S复合板在拉深过程中还存在层与层之间力的传递,所以受力情况更复杂。为了研究该复合板在拉深过程中的临界压边力,对S/A/S板在拉深过程中的法兰受力进行了分析,并通过主应力法和能量法推导出三层复合板起皱的临界压边力模型。通过Dynaform软件对临界压边力模型进行了验证。研究发现模拟结果和理论临界曲线符合,证明理论模型是可靠的。这能为实际生产提供指导。
The wrinkling of SUS304/Al1050/SUS430(S/A/S) composite sheet often occurs in deep drawing. It is different from the single layer sheet. In the process of S/A/S composite sheet drawing, there is the force transfer between layers, so the force situation is more complex. In order to study the critical blank holder force of the composite sheet in drawing process, the flange force of the S/A/S sheet during drawing process was analyzed. The critical blank holder force model for wrinkling of three-layer composite sheet was derived by principal stress method and energy method. The critical blank holder force model was verified by Dynaform software. It is found that the simulation results agree with the theoretical critical curves, which proves that the theoretical model is reliable. This can provide guidance for actual production.
