摘要 采用搅拌摩擦焊对6005A进行焊接,并对垂直、平行焊接方向接头不同区域的组织进行研究。结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊接头前进侧金属运动迹象大于后退侧,前进侧"匙孔"边缘底部基本保留了搅拌针形貌;在垂直焊缝方向,前进侧晶粒呈明暗带状分布的"洋葱环"结构,距离焊缝中心越远越明显,后退侧组织致密且过渡平缓;在平行焊缝方向,前进侧边缘塑性金属运动痕迹强烈,为连续锯齿状形貌,该形貌向焊缝中心逐渐减弱并消失于后退侧。 The friction stir welding of 6005 A was carried out. The microstructure of each zone of welded joint perpendicular or parallel to welding direction was studied. The results show that the sign of metal movement of advance side is more obvious than that of retreating side. The shape of the pin is remained at the bottom of key hole edge of the advance side.In the vertical direction, the grains of the advancing side show onion ring structure with light and shade bands, the father the distance from the welding center is, the more obvious the structure is. The structure of retreating side is dense and smooth. In the longitudinal direction, the moving trace of the plastic metal on the edge of the advancing side is strong, which is continuous serrated shape. The morphology gradually weakens from the edge of advancing side to the center of the weld and disappears at the retreating side.
