The Communication Strategy of Russian Language in the Cyberspace

从大国成长经验来看,构建本国特色话语传播战略来实现国家的战略目标,历来为世界大国所重视,俄罗斯就是一个典型的例子。在全球化、信息化时代,俄罗斯从国家发展战略高度制定俄语网络传播战略,以俄语为媒介推广俄罗斯价值、俄罗斯话语,提升俄罗斯的"软实力",服务国家内政外交。本文基于拉斯韦尔的"5W"传播模型考察互联网俄语传播,分析俄罗斯的举措与经验,为制定中国特色的网络话语传播战略提供启示和借鉴。

The great powers have always attached great importance to the construction of discourse strategies with national characteristics to realize the strategic goal of the country, and Russia is a typical example. In the era of globalization and informatization and in the light of the national development,Russia devises an internet communication strategy with Russian as the medium, promoting Russian values and Russian discourse to strengthen the Russian "soft power"and contribute to the internal affairs and diplomacy of the country. This paper, based on Lasswell’s "5W" communication model,examines the dissemination of Russian language on the internet,analyzes Russian measures and experiences,and provides inspirations and reference for the development of Chinese internet discourse communication strategies.
