摘要
对三维填充床内插序排列的多孔介质小球进行孔隙尺度数值计算,研究高温条件下,考虑小球内部的热传导和小球表面的辐射换热时,填充床内的流动及换热现象。结果表明:除进出口通道外,填充床内部同相和异相之间都存在热的非平衡性;在最高温度区域下游,固相温度低于气相温度;在最高温度区域上游,固相温度高于气相温度。同时,无量纲速度分布成周期性变化,最大无量纲速度在10~12. 5之间。
Numerical simulations of pore-scale were used to study the flow and heat exchange phenomenon of porous medium sphere arranged in a 3D packed bed. They were under the conditions of the hightemperature and the heat transfer inside the particles and the radiation heat transfer on the surface of the particles were all considered. The results showed that the simulation results qualitatively agree with the experimental data. There is thermal non-equilibrium between the in-phase and out-of-phase of the packed bed except for the inlet and outlet channels. In the downstream of the highest temperature zone,the solid phase temperature is lower than the gas phase temperature. In the upstream of the highest temperature zone,however,the solid phase temperature is higher than the gas phase temperature. Additionally,the dimensionless velocity distribution changes periodically,with the maximum dimensionless velocity in between 10-12. 5.
