摘要
通过热降解方式回收脂肪族聚酯,得到对应的内酯,再将其开环聚合重新得到性质完全相同的聚合物的方法,是一种绿色、高效的闭环式回收方法。这种方法所利用的反应过程本质为聚合-解聚的化学平衡。目前,利用这一方法已经可以对多种主要的市售脂肪族聚酯进行回收再利用。最近,为拓宽这类可以回收的脂肪族聚酯的应用范围,使其具有更好的力学性质或者更低廉的价格,人们又设计合成了多种新结构的聚酯材料。本文对热降解回收脂肪族聚酯的原理、回收效率与聚酯化学结构的构效关系以及近期的研究进展进行简要综述,希望对这一领域的深入研究有所帮助与启发。
Thermal degradation of aliphatic polyesters into their corresponding lactones and then repolymerizing these monomers into polyesters with identical properties is a green and effective closed-loop method for polyester recycling.This method takes the advantages of the chemical equilibrium between polymer and monomer at different temperatures,and has been successfully applied to the recycling of a variety of commercial available aliphatic polyesters.To expand the scope of polyesters suitable for thermal recycling,new polyesters with good mechanical properties and low cost have been designed and prepared.This review paper will discuss the relationship between thermal recycling and polyester structures,including mechanism,recycling efficiency,together with recent advances in this field.
