胶粉表面处治对橡胶沥青中高温性能影响研究 被引量:9

Effect of Crumb Rubber Powder Surface Treatment on Medium and High Temperature Property of Asphalt Rubber

摘要 针对橡胶沥青现有研究状况不足,为改善橡胶粉与沥青间的界面黏结性能,采用饱和NaOH溶液与CCl4分别对橡胶粉进行表面处治并制备橡胶沥青,通过离析与DSR试验研究橡胶粉离析状况及橡胶沥青中高温流变性能,通过FTIR及SEM试验研究橡胶粉在处治前后化学键官能团及表观形貌变化。结果表明,饱和NaOH溶液与CCl4均可明显改善橡胶粉在沥青中的离析状况并增强橡胶沥青对变化频率的动态响应及升温状态下的抗变形能力与黏度,而CCl4促进了橡胶粉新化学键的生成并加大其比表面积,可使橡胶粉与沥青具有更紧密、稳定的界面黏结特性,选用CCl4改性橡胶粉对提高沥青中高温性能具有更好的效果。研究可为橡胶粉处治技术及其在道路工程中的应用提供一定参考。 Because insufficient studies of asphalt rubber,in order to enhance interfacial bonding property between crumb rubber powder and asphalt,saturated NaOH solution and CCl4 are used to treat rubber surface and then prepare asphalt rubber.Segregation of crumb rubber powder and medium and high temperature property of asphalt rubber are evaluated by segregation and DSR tests,and changes of functional group and morphology of crumb rubber powder before and after surficial treatment are measured by FTIR and SEM tests.Results show both saturated NaOH solution and CCl4 can improve segregation situation of crumb rubber powder within asphalt and enhance viscosity,dynamic response characteristic under changing frequency and anti-deformation ability under rising temperature.Because CCl4 helps to accrue new chemical bonding and raise specific area of crumb rubber powder which forms a tighter and more stable interface,choosing CCl4 to treat rubber surface is better to heighten medium and high temperature property of asphalt rubber.The study could be used as important reference for crumb rubber powder surface treatment in road engineering.
