含砖再生水泥稳定碎石基层配合比组成设计 被引量:13

摘要 以含砖再生建筑垃圾为原料,配制了两种级配再生骨料,分别加入不同剂量的PO_32.5水泥和PO42.5水泥,通过击实试验制作不同配合比的再生水泥稳定碎石试件,进行7d无侧限抗压试验和冻融循环试验。试验结果表明,在水泥标号相同、水泥用量相同、级配类型相同的情况下,粒径偏大的骨料配制的水泥稳定碎石强度略低;满足含砖再生水泥稳定碎石强度最大的含水量略低于击实试验所确定的最佳量;含砖再生稳定碎石经过冻融循环试验,强度损失较小。 The recycled construction waste containing bricks are used as the raw materials to prepare two types of graded recycled aggregates which are respectively added with different proportion of PO32.5 cement and PO42.5 cement to produce recycled cement stabilized macadam test pieces with different mixing proportion by compaction test,then to carry out the 7 dunconfined compression test and freeze-thaw recycle test.The test results show that with the same cement mark,same content of cement and the same grading,the recycled cement stabilized macadam with aggregates with large particle size has a slightly lower strength;the water content that meets the largest strength of the brick-containing recycled cement stabilized macadam is slightly lower than the optimum content determined by the compaction test;and the strength loss of recycled cement stabilized macadam containing bricks is small after freeze-thaw cycle tests.
