摘要
通过许鄢快速通道改造工程实例,对水泥混凝土路面不同的病害,制定相应的加固方案,并针对微裂注浆加固的工艺流程和主要参数进行了分析。该工程实施加固后,弯沉平均值下降42.3%,检测结果均满足设计弯沉值小于37.3(0.01mm)的要求。这表明微裂注浆加固技术应用于市政道路工程效果良好。
The corresponding reinforcement scheme for different defects on the cement concrete pavement have been prepared for the Xuchang-Yanling Highway.The process and key parameters of micro cracking and grouting reinforcement have been analyzed.The average deflection value decreases by 42.3% after strengthening.All test results meet the requirements of the design deflection value less than 37.3(0.01 mm).Above proves that micro cracking and grouting reinforcement technique has good applicability in municipal road engineering.
