摘要
在甘肃省榆中县马坡乡对甘肃贝母采用间作、覆膜和露地育苗进行对比试验,通过测定出苗数,计算成活率、产量和经济效益,旨在揭示甘肃贝母间作育苗效应的差异性,探寻其最佳间作模式,为甘肃贝母规范化育苗操作提供依据。结果表明,T_1条件下,甘肃贝母单位面积出苗数和成活率高,采挖间作模式下一年生的甘肃贝母个体质量相比较,T_1单个鳞茎鲜重较T_2、T_3、T_5和T_6显著增加了1.05 g、1.06 g、1.05 g和1.06 g,而较T_2、T_3、T_4、T_5和T_6鳞茎直径极显著增加了0.94 mm、1.81 mm、0.56 mm、1.01 mm和1.41 mm,经济效益提高了5.68万元/hm^2、47.9万元/hm^2、491.77万元/hm^2、484.38万元/hm^2和510.4万元/hm^2。提示间作育苗对甘肃贝母遮阴具有一定意义,建议甘肃贝母规范化育苗按比例采用间作和覆膜育苗方法,以降低春旱导致种子不发芽的风险和除草对贝母的损伤。
To reveal the difference of seedling cultivating effects sown in intercropping on economic benefits of Fritillaria przewalskii,the contrast experiment sown in intercropping、Mulching and no-film-covereding field was conducted by measuring the emergence seedings,survival index,yield and economic bendfits of the seedlings in order to provide a scientific basis for the standard seedling cultivation operation.The results showed that Under the T1conditions,the seedling emergences are highest of Fritillaria przewalskii.Under the condition of the intercropping mode,compared with T1、T2、T3、T5and T6single bulb weight were significantly increased by 1.05 g、1.06 g、1.05 g and 1.06 g,T2、T3、T4、T5and T6single bulb diameter were significantly increased by 0.94 mm、1.81 mm、0.56 mm、1.01 mm and 1.41 mm,economic benefit were improved 5.68 ten thousand yuan/hm^2,47.9 ten thousand yuan/hm^2,491.77 ten thousand yuan/hm^2,484.38 ten thousand yuan/hm^2和510.4 ten thousand yuan/hm^2.In conclusion,intercropping seedling was of great significance to shade of Fritillaria przewalskii,suggesting that the seedling cultivating methods sown intercropping and mulching should be adopted in proportion in order to reduce the seed ablastemic risk when sown in spring caused by the severe drought and the damage of weed control of Fritillaria przewalskii.
