鬼针草总黄酮的提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process of total flavonoids from Herba Bidens Bipinnatae

探索鬼针草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。以提取时间、提取次数、提取温度和溶剂用量为参数,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计进行鬼针草的水提和醇提试验,并以芦丁为标准品,用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果表明,水提法最佳工艺参数为:10倍量水、60℃提取3次、每次0.5 h;醇提法最佳工艺参数为:10倍量乙醇、90℃提取3次、每次1.0 h。醇提法的提取率优于水提法,但综合考虑设备成本等因素,水提法更适合工业提取。

In order to explore the best extraction process of total flavonoids from Herba Bidens Bipinnatae, water extraction and alcohol extraction tests of Herba Bidens Bipinnatae were conducted by using L9(34) orthogonal design with parameters of extraction time,times of extraction,extraction temperature and the sum of solvent. Then the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry using rutin as the standard. The results showed that the best process parameters of water extraction test were:10 times water,3 times extraction at 60 ℃,0.5 h each time;while the best process parameters of ethanol extraction test were:10 times ethanol,3 times extraction at 90 ℃,1.0 h each time. Alcohol extraction process was superior to water extraction process. However,considering the cost of equipment and other factors,the water extraction method was more suitable for industrial extraction.
