Analysis and Countermeasures on Motor Fault in Trimming System of MDF Production Line

通过对生产线的硬件和软件问题排查,发现通信传输率设置不合理导致了中密度纤维板生产线二次锯边系统的电机跳停故障,为中密度纤维板生产线故障的原因分析与解决提供参考。

Based on checking results of the hardware and software,the reasons and countermeasures of motor fault in MDF trimming system were analyzed.It found the unreasonable setting of communication transmission rate caused the motor fault of the second trimming system in MDF production line.It could provide reference to resolve motor fault in MDF trimming system.
