摘要
GB 18580—2017《室内装饰装修材料人造板及其制品中甲醛释放限量》已于2018年5月1日正式实施,其甲醛释放量测试直接引用GB/T 17657—2013《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中4.60甲醛释放测定——1 m3气候箱法。本文系统地分析了整个测试过程的不确定度来源,对各不确定分量进行了量化,并在此基础上提出了该方法的合成不确定度。
The GB 18580-2017 Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials-Limit of formaldehyde emission of wood-based panels and finishing products was officially implemented on May 1,2018.The new test method of formaldehyde emission directly referred to the 1 m^3 chamber method which was showed in GB/T 17657-2013 Test methods of evaluating the properties of wood-based panels and surface decorated wood-based panels.The source of uncertainty of the whole test process was analyzed and the uncertain components were quantified.Based on this,the synthetic uncertainty of the method was proposed.
