摘要
随着医疗信息系统的逐渐普及以及其技术的迅速发展,推动了医疗信息系统的应用和发展。虽然许多医院已经搭建成全院信息系统和区域医疗卫生信息系统,并且部分开展了远程医疗会诊。但是,异构医疗信息系统难以互联,在同一医疗机构中由于系统的多源性,相互之间的医疗信息难以互通,形成了各自为营的信息孤岛,使得病人在异构系统中就医所产生的临床医疗信息难以实现共享。因此,提出了一种基于异构网络的智能医疗健康体系,其中,异构网络是由蜂窝网络、无线局域网和无线城域网构成;在详细介绍该体系架构的同时,也对异构网络的配置及参数进行了具体描述。该体系适合于很多应用场景。
With the gradual popularization of medical information system and the rapid development of correlation technique, the application and development of medical information system are promoted. Although many hospitals have built the whole hospital information system and regional medical information system, and some of the tele-medical consultation, heterogeneous medical information system is difficult to connect. Due to the multi-source nature of the system in the same medical institution, it is difficult to exchange medical information among each other, forming a separate information island, which makes it difficult to share clinical medical information generated by patients’ medical treatment in heterogeneous system. Therefore, an intelligent medical health system based on heterogeneous network is proposed, in which the heterogeneous network is composed of cellular network, wireless LAN and wireless MAN. The configuration and parameters of heterogeneous network are described in detail. The system is suitable for many application scenarios.
