基于外加电场加速碳硫硅钙石腐蚀的试验研究

摘要 研究了在外加直流电场和交变电场作用下,腐蚀介质离子的迁移量和不同龄期的腐蚀程度,通过XRD图谱分析了碳硫硅钙石的侵蚀过程,对比了电场对其离子迁移和碳硫硅钙石形成的影响。结果表明:腐蚀介质离子的迁移主要通过浓度差以及外加电场作用力加速侵入试块中;直流电场比交变电磁场促进离子迁移更加明显;碳硫硅钙石形成的进程主要包括离子迁移、产生膨胀性物质(加速离子迁移)、经过AFt转变形成碳硫硅钙石3个阶段。 The migration of corrosive media ions and the corrosion of different ages under the action of external DC and alternating electric fields were studied.The process of Thaumasite Sulfate Attack (TSA)was analyzed by XRD phase diagram,finally,the effect of the electric field on the ion migration and the formation of Thaumasite was compared.The results show that:the migration of ions mainly accelerates the intrusion of ions through the concentration difference and the applied force of the external electric field;the DC electric field promotes ion migration compared to the alternating electromagnetic field.More obvious,the formation process of Thaumasite is mainly divided into three stages,namely,ion migration,production of expansive substances(accelerated ion migration),AFt transformation to form Thaumasite.
