新疆高尿酸血症痰浊阻滞证、非痰浊阻滞证与炎性因子蛋白水平相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究炎性因子在HUA发病中的作用,探讨新疆高尿酸血症(HUA)患者外周血中炎性因子蛋白表达与尿酸的相关性,及与痰浊阻滞与非痰浊阻滞发病的相关性。方法:选择83例高尿酸血症患者,收集一般资料,确定痰浊阻滞;采集血液样本,采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测中髓样分化因子88、核因子、肿瘤坏死因子a-a及白细胞介素-1β的蛋白表达水平,比较痰浊阻滞与非痰浊阻滞炎症因子、体重指数、血糖、血脂四项、肌酐水平。结果:微炎症HUA痰浊阻滞人群中①体重指数、血糖、血脂四项、肌酐水平均呈高表达,具有明显差异(P<0.05);②外周血中NFKB、MyD88、TNF-a及IL-1β表达均高于非痰浊阻滞,具有明显差异(P<0.05);③痰浊阻滞与非痰浊阻滞外周血中MyD88、NF-KB、TNF-a及IL-1β蛋白表达与UA均具有显著相关性(P<0.05);结论:①体重指数、血糖、血脂四项、肌酐、UA及炎症因子可能参与HUA的发生、发展;②MyD88、NF-KB、TNF-a及IL-1β蛋白高表达可能引起新疆高尿酸血症微炎症痰浊阻滞与非痰浊阻滞发病率不同的原因。 Objective:To study the role of inflammatory factors in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia.To investigate the correlation between inflammatory factor protein expression in peripheral blood and uric acid in patients with hyperuricemia (HUA)in Xinjiang,and the relationship between turbidity block and non-turbidity block.Methods:83 patients with hyperuricemia were enrolled and general information was collected to identify patients with turbidity block. Blood samples were collected and the protein expression levels of myeloid differentiation factor 88,nuclear factor, tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin-1 β were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Comparison of turbid block and non-turbid block inflammatory factors,body mass index,blood sugar,blood lipids,creatinine levels. Results:Micro-inflammation HUA turbidity block:1.body mass index,blood glucose,blood lipids,and creatinine levels were highly expressed,with significant differences (P<0.05).2.The expressions of NFKB,MyD88,TNF-α and IL- 1β in peripheral blood were higher than those in non-turbidity block (P<0.05).3.The expressions of MyD88,NF-κB, TNF-α and IL-1β in peripheral blood of turbid and non-turbid block were significantly correlated with UA (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Body mass index,blood glucose,blood lipids,creatinine,UA and inflammatory factors may be involved in the occurrence and development of HUA.2.High expression of MyD88,NF-κB,TNF-α and IL-1β may cause different incidences of microinflammation and turbidity in hyperurieemia in Xinjiang.
