血清HMGB1表达水平在乙型重型肝炎中检测价值及肝生化指标水平影响

Detection Value of Serum HMGB1 Expression Level in Severe Hepatitis B and its Effect on Liver Biochemical Markers

目的:分析血清高迁移率族蛋白1水平检测在乙型重型肝炎中的价值。方法:焦作市第三人民医院收治的91例乙型病毒性肝炎患者依据疾病类型不同分为2组,慢性组45例,重型组46例,另选取同期体检健康者44例为健康组,对比三组患者HMGB1及肝生化指标水平。结果:重型组HMGB1、TBil、AST及ALT水平均高于慢性组及健康组,Alb及PTA水平明显低于慢性组及健康组,慢性组HMGB1、TBil、AST及ALT水平均高于健康组,慢性组Alb、PTA水平低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论:血清HMGB1水平越高,患者肝功能损伤越严重,HMGB1指标水平可作为重型乙型肝炎患者治疗的新靶点。

Objective:To analyze the value of serum high mobility group box-1 levels in the detection of severe hepatitis B.Methods:91 patients with hepatitis B admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiaozuo City were divided into two groups according to the type of disease.45 patients in the chronic group.46 cases of heavy group.Another 44 healthy people who were in the same period were selected as the health group.The levels of HMGB1 and liver biochemical indicators were compared between the three groups.Results:The HMGB1,TBil,AST and ALT levels in the severe group were higher than those in the chronic group and the healthy group.The levels of Alb and PTA were significantly lower than those of the chronic and healthy groups.The HMGB 1,TBil,AST and ALT levels in the chronic group were higher than those in the healthy group.The levels of Alb and PTA in the chronic group were lower than those in the healthy group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher the serum HMGB1 level,the more severe the liver function damage in patients.The HMGB1 indicator level can be used as a new target for the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis B.
