基于敦煌遗书及古代医籍中同名雄黄丸用药配伍规律研究

Study on Compatibility Law of Xiong Huang Pills with the Same Name in Ancient Dunhuang Medical Records

目的:探讨敦煌遗书及古代医籍记载同名雄黄丸辨治疾病用药配伍规律研究。方法:检索整理敦煌遗书及清代以前古医籍记载的所有同名雄黄丸,录入计算机并建立同名雄黄丸方药数据库,采用统计分析同名雄黄丸药物配伍规律。结果:在敦煌遗书及古医籍中,仅在晋、南北朝、唐、宋、元、明、清七代代共36部古医籍,按不同年代记载同名雄黄丸方剂不重复计,共出现同名雄黄丸92首,涉及中药177味,药物分为21类,用药达640次;核心药物为雄黄、麝香、朱砂、巴豆、附子、鬼臼、天南星、牛黄、明矾、全蝎等及核心药类为杀虫止痒药、平肝熄风药、开窍药、泻下药等。结论:①组成敦煌雄黄丸敦煌雄黄丸的4味药包含了最高频率的1味雄黄和频率较高的1味明矾。②敦煌雄黄丸与古代医籍中记载的同名雄黄丸不具有关联性。

Objective:To investigate the law of drug compatibility of the homonymic realgar pills in dunhuang manuscripts and ancient medical records.Methods:All the prescriptions of the same name of realgar pill recorded in Dunhuang manuscripts and ancient medical books before the Wing dynasty were searched and sorted out.Results:In Dunhuang relics and ancient medical books,only in the Jin,Northern and Southern Dynasties,Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties,a total of 36 ancient medical books,according to the records of different ages of the same name realgar pill prescription does not repeat,a total of 92 realgar pill of the same name,involving 177 traditional Chinese medicine, drugs are divided into 21 categories,the drug 640 times;The core drugs are realgar,musk,cinquefoil,croton,aconite, podophyllum,rhizoma arisaematis,bezoar,alum,scorpion,etc.,and the core drugs are insecticidal and antipruritic drugs,liver suppressants,orofacial drugs,laxative drugs,etc.Conclusion:(1)the four drugs of Dunhuang realgar pill contain 1 realgar with the highest frequency and 1 alum with the highest frequency.(2)Dunhuang realgar pill is not related to the realgar pill of the same name recorded in ancient medical books.
