Clinical Observation of the Efficacy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniaion Via Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy

目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年08月—2017年08月应用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗单一节段腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、ODI功能障碍指数评分评价患者疼痛及腰椎功能改善情况,改良MacNab评价临床疗效。结果:本组78例患者术后VAS、ODI评分较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义;但术后6月、12个月VAS、ODI评分无显著性差异。术后12个月采用改良MacNab标准评价疗效,优良率93.59%。结论:经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、术后脊柱结构稳定、近期临床疗效可靠等优势,值得临床医师推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniaion via percutaneous i transforaminal endoscopic diseeetomy.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 78 eases with single segmental lumbar disease treated between August 2016 and August 2017.The pain and daily activity was evaluated by the visual analog sore (VAS)and the Oswestry disability index (DI),Modified MacNab criteria were employed to measure the clinical results.Results:The group of 78 patients VAS and ODI were significantly lower,but six and twelve months after operation VAS and ODI is no difference.At 12 months after operation based on the MacNab criteria,the results were excellent in 55 case,good in 18 eases,fair in 4 cases.The excellent and disc herniaion has the advantages of postoperative minimal is worth the clinical promoted use. good rate was 93.59%.Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar trauma and reliable short-term efficacy.So this technology is worth the clinical promoted use.
