加味阳和汤治疗冻结肩阳虚寒凝证临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction in Treating Frozen Shoulder Yang Deficiency Cold Congealing Syndrome

目的:观察加味阳和汤治疗冻结肩阳虚寒凝证的疗效。方法:将符合标准的冻结肩阳虚寒凝证患者60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。2组均在给予相同的常规治疗的基础上,实验组给予口服加味阳和汤(1剂/d,分早晚两次服用,连续服用21d)。分别观察治疗组、对照组受试对象在治疗前后肩关节疼痛、活动受限等症状的缓解程度,采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分对比。结果:2组患者治疗前后肩关节功能评分比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗前比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组比对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:加味阳和汤对于治疗冻结肩阳虚寒凝证效果良好,能显著提高Constant-Murley肩关节评分,对于冻结肩阳虚寒凝证的治疗有效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Yanghe decoction in treating frozen shoulder Yang deficiency cold congealing syndrome.Methods:60 cases of frozen shoulder-yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given the same routine treatment on the basis of the experimental group was given orally Jiawei Yang He decoction(1 dose daffy,two times in the morning and evening,continuous 21 days).The degree of relief of shoulder pain and limitation of motion were observed before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score was used to compare.Results:There was significant difference in shoulder joint function score between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05),but no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly improved than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Yanghe decoction has a good effect on treating frozen shoulder-yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome,can significantly improve the Constant-Murley shoulder joint score,and is effective for frozen shoulder-yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome.
