三味泄浊贴联合三仁通便饮防治化疗相关便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on the Prevention and Treatment of Chemo-related Constipation by Sanwei Xiezhuo Paste and Sanrentong Tongbian Decoction

目的:观察并分析研究本院三味泄浊贴联合三仁通便饮防治化疗相关便秘的疗效。方法:选择诊断为恶性肿瘤且辨证为脾胃气虚,肠燥津亏证的患者共70例,随机分为对照组、治疗组各35例,治疗组患者在其化疗前2天开始给予三味泄浊贴外用,三仁通便饮中药口服治疗,对照组同样在化疗前2天给予大黄碳酸氢钠片口服治疗,2组均以5日为1个疗程,共需要观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组在治疗的第1个和第2个疗程完成后的症状评分均小于对照组症状评分;治疗组有效率高于对照组有效率;且2组治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论:临床运用"三味泄浊贴联合三仁通便饮"治疗肿瘤患者由化疗引起的相关脾胃气虚,肠燥津亏证的便秘疗效较好。

Objective:To observed and analyzed the efficacy of our hospital Sanwei Xiezhuo paste combined with Sanrentong Tongbian decoction to prevent chemotherapy-related constipation.Methods:A total of 70 patients with a diagnosis of malignant tumor and syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,35 cases each.The patients in the treatment group were given Sanwei Xiezbuo paste for external use 2 days before chemotherapy,and Sanrentong Tongbian decoction was given oral Chinese medicine.The control group was also given oral treatment with rhubarb sodium bicarbonate tablets 2 days before chemotherapy.Both groups took 5 days as a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment were required.Results:The symptom scores of the treatment group after completion of the first and second courses of treatment were smaller than those of the control group.The treatment group was more effective than the control group.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: The clinical application of "Sanwei Xiezhuo paste combined with Sanrentong Tongbian decoction"in the treatment of tumor patients with chemotherapy-related spleen and stomach qi deficiency,constipation of intestinal dryness and deficiency syndrome is better.
