世界生态文明视域下的草原生态文化创新理路——基于融合与共生理念

Fusion and Symbiosis: Innovation Practice of Grassland Ecological Culture in the Horizon of World Ecological Civilization

社会经济高速发展相伴而生的是全球生态恶化的严峻挑战,作为草原民族之根基,当前草原生态也在发生深刻变化,草原生态文化对草原永续发展的内生性作用愈加重要。共生理念发端于自然生态学,包涵着同宇宙生命休戚与共的生物共生哲学内蕴,强调生态各元素的调和统一与和谐共生。要解决当前草原生态文化面临的挑战,应当以共生融合的理念去涵养草原生态文化的创新,构建基于草原民族、草原生态文化与世界生态文明的有机统一的同心圆文化体系,使草原生态文化有机融入世界生态文明中并实现两者的互为反哺,并以共治思维强化草原生态文化的内合保障机制,在根本上实现社会经济与草原生态的平衡,寻求草原民族与全球自然生态的有机融合和可持续发展。

With the highly speed development of social economy, the global ecology is becoming worse. Also propound changes of grassland ecology have taken place, which is the foundation of the prairie nation, following more and more important endogenetic effect of grassland ecological culture to the grassland sustainable development. The Symbiosis Theory came from the Natural Ecology, which includes the philosophical implication of sharing weal and woe with the universal sentient beings, and which emphasizes the harmony and unity and symbiosis of all the ecological elements. Nowadays if we want to approach the challenge of the grassland ecological culture, we should use the Symbiosis Theory to nourish it, and through building an organic and complex ecosystem which made up of the prairie nation and the grassland ecological culture and the world ecological civilization. We must bring the grassland ecological culture into the world ecological civilization, so both two should interact each other. We also should create an internal security mechanism by using the CO-treatment thinking to strengthen the grassland ecological culture. All of these should basically strike an balance between the socioeconomic and the grassland ecology, and should find a way about the organic fusion and sustainable development of the grassland ecology and the world ecology.
