对少数民族传统体育的认同,体现了少数民族人们对民族体育的自我意识,对民族体育文化的身份和地位的一种自觉把握。若忽视了民族传统体育的认同,可能会使少数民族传统体育进入失传的尴尬境地,所以我们应该加强对少数民族传统体育的认同,并通过国家、社会、大众的共同努力,对民族传统体育文化进行重构,发挥民族传统体育在促进少数民族地区发展中的积极作用。
