少数民族权利保护的理论新探索——读《多民族国家民族事务治理现代化》

A New Theoretical Exploration of the Protection of Ethnic Rights: Reviewing Governance Modernization of Ethnic Affairs in Multi-Ethnic Countries

新时代中国特色社会主义思想要求推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,民族事务治理现代化则属于该命题的重要一环。论文通过对《多民族国家民族事务治理现代化》一书中在民族理论方面提出的一些新思路新见解进行总结,并与学界已有部分理论成果比较分析,认为该书在以马克思民族主义理论为指导,进一步促进我国各民族政治身份和法律身份的公正、平等,保障各民族权利,构建我国的族际政治文明等方面具有一定的价值。

The Modernization of State governance system and governance capacity are requested under the circumstance of new era with Chinese characteristics socialist thoughts, and the modernization of the governance of ethnic affairs is one of the important parts. In this aticle, authors, after reading the book Governance Modernization of Ethnic Affairs in MultiEthnic Countries, review and summarize new thoughts on ethnic theory proposed by the author of the book. Compared with some theoretical achievements in the academia, the book, guided by ethnic theory of Marxism, holds the opinion that promoting the political and law identities of people in China with justice and equality are valuable for the construction of China’s inter-ethnic political civilization.
