贵州民族地区经济发展形势的分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Economic Development Situation in Guizhou Minority Areas

从历史纵向和省内外横向对贵州省民族地区经济发展情况进行比较,分析贵州民族地区经济发展面临的困难和问题,主要包括经济总量偏低、经济下行压力增大、贫困面较大与贫困程度较深,产业结构发展不平衡、生态环境压力加大、基础民生问题较为突出等。在此基础上,加快贵州民族地区经济发展的对策可以包括如下几个方面,加大财政投入力度,增强经济发展支撑力;加快落实扶持政策,发挥政策催化作用;加快经济结构调整步伐,寻找新的经济增长点;加大扶贫力度,提高脱贫攻坚效能;解决基础民生问题等。

This article compares the economic development of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou Province through historically vertical and horizontally provincial levels, and analyzes the obstacles they face which include the low size of economy, the increasing economic downturn pressure, the greater scope and degree in poverty, the unbalanced industrial structure, the increasing ecological environment pressure, and the prominent livelihood issues.On this basis, there are some countermeasures to meet the obstacles above: increasing financial input and strengthening the support of economic development;accelerating the implementation of support policy and making the policy as a catalyst;speeding up the pace of industrial structure and exploring new economic growth points;intensifying the efforts and improving the efficiency to fight poverty;and tackle basic livelihood issues, etc.
