摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,企业的领导者居于独特的地位 ,发挥着十分重要的作用 ,往往成为影响企业发展及其成败的重要因素 ,是组织领导企业及其人力、财力和物力以及调动一切积极因素的关键。因此 ,积极探究企业领导的组织行为、决策行为、激励行为和创新行为 ,科学运用企业管理方式 ,不断提高经济效益 ,促进企业的发展 。
In the environment of market economy, the leaders in an enterprise hold a particular important position and play an indispensable role in the course of enterprise development. Being the center of manpower, financial and material resources as well as organizing, leaders are the crux in bringing every positive factor into full play. Therefore, in order to employ a scientific management system and improve economic revenues to promote the enterprise development, exploring leaders' behavior in management, decision-making, incentive and innovation has become a crucial matter with practical significance in management practice.
