摘要
从局部热平衡等离子体的一价铝离子速度服从麦克斯韦 玻尔兹曼分布出发 ,导出了电流信号的时间演化函数 ,通过对实验曲线拟合 ,得到激光诱导铝等离子体中一价铝离子的平动温度。实验研究了电流信号强度与外加电压之间的关系。
The time-evolved function of the electric current signal is derived from the Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution of ion velocity in the local thermal equilibrium plasma, and by fitting the experimental data the ion temperature is obtained. The relation of the electric current signal to the additional voltage is also investigated, and the experimental results show that the signal intensity increases nonlinearly with the additional voltage and also the buffer gas and the sample properties seriously influence the signal intensity.
