宽带波束域高分辨方位估计中波束形成矩阵的选择

On beam-forming matrix in the high resolution direction finding algorithm of wide-band sources

波束形成矩阵的计算是波束域高分辨方位估计的关键技术。本文针对宽带源方位估计问题，基于恒定束宽波束形成的概念，将窄带波束域高分辨的有关结论引入宽带中，并从数学上证明了波束数目越少，分辨门限越低，仿真实验验证了文中的结论，表明宽带波束域处理有很好的估计和分辨性能。

Beam-space high resolution algorithm for direction finding of wide-band sources is discussed in this paper. Based on the wide-band beam-forming technique, called constant beam-width beam-forming, we present the wide- band model of the direction finding problem, and introduce some conclusions of narrow band processing to wide-band processing. Further more, we prove the relation between beams and the threshold for resolving multi-sources. The simulation results show the beam-space algorithm has good performance.
