由于在OEM合作中,名牌企业(订货方)处于优势地位,定牌生产的合作方式多样化,订单的模式不一,如何整合生产资源和不同的定牌订单,实现自己的成本优势和巩固OEM合作,就成为制造商的一个课题。本文以订单模式不同将定牌生产分为四种方式、并探讨家电制造商产销整合管理,提出OEM家电制造商产销整合管理中的产能总量管理和产销计划管理方法。
