摘要 目的 探讨缺血预适应对肾脏ICAM 1、E 选择素表达的影响。方法 大鼠 4个循环的 8min缺血 + 5min再灌注缺血预适应模型 ,免疫组化观察在体肾脏粘附分子ICAM 1、E 选择素的表达。结果 缺血预适应后肾脏ICAM 1、E 选择素的表达显著降低 ,局部髓过氧化物酶活性降低。结论 缺血预适应可抑制缺血再灌注损伤后肾脏ICAM 1、E 选择素的表达 ,减少局部白细胞浸润 。 Objective To study the effects of renal ischemic precoditioning on the expression of ICAM 1 and E selectin after ischemia reprefusion injury. Methods The kidney ischemic preconditioning was induced by 4 circles of left renal ischemia (8 min) separated by reperfusion (5 min) before ischemia reperfusion injury, the expression of ICAM 1 and E selectin were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The kidney ICAM 1 and E selectin expression were significantly decreased after ischemic preconditioning, the myeloperoxidase reactivity were decreased too. Conclusions Kidney ischemic preconditioning could inhibit the expression of ICAM 1 and E selectin and reduce neutrophil infiltration in kidney after ischemia reperfusion injury.
