培养人动脉平滑肌细胞诱发高密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察高密度脂蛋白 (Highdensitylipoprotein ,HDL)经与培养人动脉平滑肌细胞 (Smoothmusclecell ,SMC)保温后发生氧化修饰。方法 HDL组分琼脂糖凝胶脂蛋白电泳 ,及其共轭二烯 (ConjugateddieneCD)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物质 (ThiobarbituricacidreactionsubstanceTBARS)及脂氢过氧化物 (LipidhydroperoxideLOOH )的测定。结果 HDL经过与人动脉SMC共培养后 ,与天然HDL(NativeHDLN HDL)比较 ,其电泳迁移率明显增加 ,其CD、TBARS及LOOH的含量均显著增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 HDL经过与培养人动脉SMC 3 7℃保温 Objective To observe the oxidative modification of high density lipoprotein(HDL) induced by cultured human arterial smooth muscle cell(SMC). Methods The oxidative modification of HDL was identified by agarose gel electrophoresis,absorbance at 234 nm ,level of lipid hydroperoxide (LOOH) and fluorescence of thiobarbuturic acid reaction substance (TBARS). Results The electrophoretic mobility of HDL was increased and absorbance at 234 nm ,LOOH and TBARS of HDL incubated by cultured human arterial SMC were significantly higher than that of the native HDL. Conclusion Oxidative modification of HDL could be induced by cultured human arterial SMC.
